Throughout my career, I’ve had the great fortune to work in many different technical and leadership based roles. I've tested software, set up production lottery systems, managed a product, managed projects and delivered under enormous pressure. In this next chapter, I plan to enter the video game industry by leveraging my existing skills and learning new ones to achieve my dream. Past Positions

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (IGT)

March 2021 - Present

Supporting new and existing casinos with launching and maintaining end to end sports betting solutions via kiosks, mobile applications, and on web site.

INFRASTRUCTURE DELIVERY MANAGER (AWS)

2019 - 2021

Directly responsible for the deployment/setup/install/launch of AWS emergent capacity across 14 data centers in the DC area overseeing AWS technicians and vendor support to meet critical deadlines in support of AWS customers.

SR. TECHNOLOGY MANAGER (IGT)

2015 - 2019

Directly responsible for all technology aspects as they relate to IGT's Lottery contract with the Virginia Lottery (7,000+ POS terminals): SDLC for new games and system upgrades, infrastructure, audits, production operations and QA.

PRODUCT MANAGER (IGT)

2012 - 2015

Based on my knowledge and experience working with lottery gaming products, I was asked to be a Product Manager working in the newly established internet gaming group. I gathered feedback from end users spanning across UI/UX, servicing model, policies, procedures, fraud, compliance, and player engagement.

2009 - 2012

I was promoted to a QA Manager overseeing a team of QA Engineers and responsible for the quality of traditional lottery and video slot machine software.

SENIOR OPERATIONS ANALYST (IGT)

2005 - 2009

Joined the projects team and travel to international sites performing QA, Systems Analyst, Training, and Dev Ops functions.

QUALITY ASSURANCE LEAD (IGT)

2001 - 2005

With and Associates degree in hand in CIS I started as a control room operator for the RI Lottery providing first line support for system outages. As a quick learner, I was asked assume the role of Quality Assurance Analyst performing all tests on new lottery games and updates.
